Requirements
- Supply all contents in text documents
- Logo to be supplied in high resolution bitmap or vector format if possible.
- All required contents including text, logo, icons, images or photographs, Email of Business, Location, Working Hours, Phone must be supplied before commencement. If possible (see “Note” at the end).
- Provide your hosting details so that we can login into your account. We can direct you on getting one. Contact us for more.
- 50 % upfront payment before any work can commence.
- Use the coupon 50%upf to get 50 % price reduction (this will be your 50 % upfront payment). Make sure to include a reference during checkout. After the job is complete, use same coupon and pay the remaining 50 % and mention your reference again.
- All contents must be emailed to Info@koxydesign.com or Koxydesign@gmail.com
- Note: If you cannot provide contents in time due to one reason or the other, then we will use dummy texts, images and logo which is irrelevant to any industry. You will then be able to replace them with your own content in the future.

Ideal for startups- Monthly WordPress upgrade including theme update, plugin update, security update, online and off-site backup, and content update (supplied by client).

You are not restricted to the prices or features listed on the packages. Also, if you want the started pack plus a feature found only in the business packages, then you can still have it. Answers to frequently asked questions (FAQs)
We only design websites from wordpress.org, no wordpress.com website will be designed.
You will be able to edit your own website in most cases and we shall guide you if need be after the design is complete. However some websites will not be easily or fully editable by user based on how they were made and also based on license distribution.
If you fail to provide or cannot provide contents due to one reason or the other, then we will use dummy text which is irrelevant to any industry. You will then be able to replace them with your own content in the future.
If you are not satisfied with our work after the required number of revision, then Koxydesign will reserve the right to go an extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. But no refund after work has starter will be allowed.
