How to get started
- Select you package(s) of choice or request a custom quote.
- Make a 50% upfront payment to get work started.
- Use the coupon 50%upf to receive a 50% price reduction during checkout or use the “payment options” page to pay 50% of the agreed amount. This will serve as your upfront payment.
- Be use to include a reference during payment. After the job is completed, pay the remaining 50%, again mentioning your reference.
- Supply all contents in text documents
- Logo to be supplied in high resolution bitmap, JPEG, PNG or SVG format if possible.
- All required contents including text, logo, icons, images or photographs, Email of Business, Location, Working Hours, Phone must be supplied before commencement. If possible (see “Note” at the end).
- Provide your hosting details and domain name so that we can login into your account and get started. We can help you if you are not sure how.
- All contents must be emailed to Info@koxydesign.com or Koxydesign@gmail.com
- Note: If you cannot provide contents on time due to one reason or the other, then we will use dummy texts, images and logo which is irrelevant to any industry. You will then be able to replace them with your own contents once the project is completed.

We use WordPress as our content management system (CMS)
You will be able to edit your own website in most cases and we shall guide you if need be after the design is complete. However some websites will not be easily or fully editable by user based on how they were made and also based on license distribution.
If you fail to provide or cannot provide contents due to one reason or the other, then we will use dummy text which is irrelevant to any industry. You will then be able to replace them with your own content in the future.
If you are not satisfied with our work after the required number of revision, then Koxydesign will reserve the right to go an extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. But no refund after work has starter will be allowed.
